Why does the electric torch always have such a tiny bulb?
The torch run on dry cell batteries. The current produced is just strong enough to heat the tiny filament of a small bulb to glowing point. A larger filament would not get heated to the same extent and no light would be produced.

Why electricity is so much important?

But the electricity is the form of energy that can be easily converted to heat, light, sound, mechanical energy and so on.
