Stress

Stress is always perceived as negative thoughts.But stress is also of two types : positive stress and negative stress.Negative stress (distress) affect us a lot . It destroys our mental ability and health.But positive stress (eustress) helps us in a very good way. Sometimes it is also called as a good stress. It can help in sharpen our mind and body and helps us to perform better.

How to handle the stress :

1.Meditation: It is a very good way through which we can overcome the distress. It gives us a positive energy .It keeps your mind fresh .It connect our body to the soul.

2. Diet : take balaced diet filled with proper amount of Vitamins and minerals.

3.exercise : atleast 30 minutes of exercise every day is necessary to keep a body and a mind healthy.

4 . Be positive: look at the postive side of life.

  1. Proper sleep: a proper sleep is very important for your mind and body.have a good sleep every day.

  2. Music: listen to some good music. It gives us pleasure by releasing dopamine. It gives us a joy, energy.

  3. Laughter: all we know a good laughter is the best medicine. Laughter strengthen your immune system , reduces pain .

  4. Goal: goal is the most important. Have a goal and work towards it. It gives you direction. Understand your limitations and do your best.

  5. Talk it out: talk to someone when you are stressed. Let out disturbing thoughts and distress. Choose a hobby to help your body refresh as well.

  6. Schedule: plan your work everyday. Appreciate yourself for whtaever you have completed.
